Following termination of your communications with Med Doc Healthcare, your personal data/information shall continue to be retained for a period of seven years following the date of termination of the account in accordance with Irish statutory limitation periods. Personal data/information provided without registration with be retained for as long as you remain active and for a 30-day period of inactivity, following the expiry of which time we will contact you. Following the expiry of the limitation period any personal data/information held by us will be destroyed.
